Refund Policies for Juniors: Automated AI Voice Calls

This Refund Policy document outlines the terms and conditions under which HERPENZA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may issue refunds for the Juniors: Automated AI Voice Calls service (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Subscription Fees

1.1 No Refunds

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription.

1.2 Free Trial Period

If you cancel your subscription during the free trial period (if applicable), you will not be charged, and no refund will be necessary.

1.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Once payment for a new billing cycle has been processed, it is subject to this Refund Policy.

2. Circumstances Eligible for Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in the following circumstances only:

2.1 Billing Errors

If you have been incorrectly charged or overcharged due to a billing error on our part, we will refund the incorrect or excess amount

2.2 Duplicate Charges

If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charges.

3. Circumstances Not Eligible for Refunds

The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

3.1 Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind about using the Service after the free trial period (if applicable) has ended.

3.2 Unused Service

We do not provide refunds for periods during which you did not use the Service while your subscription was active.

3.4 Service Unavailability

We do not provide refunds for any service downtime, technical issues, or service unavailability under any circumstances.

3.5 Unsatisfactory Service

We do not provide refunds if you are dissatisfied with the Service for any reason.

3.6 Third-Party Service Issues

We do not provide refunds for issues caused by third-party services outside our control, including but not limited to:


Eleven Labs (voice synthesis technology)

OpenAI (artificial intelligence and natural language processing)

Plivo (telephony services)

Shopify platform issues

Internet connectivity problems

3.7 Policy Violations

We do not provide refunds if your account has been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Use, Purchase Terms, or other policies.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refund Requests

The specific billing error or duplicate charge

Any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request

4.2 Review Process

We will review your refund request and respond within 5 business days. We may request additional information to help us evaluate your request.

4.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Chargebacks

5.1 Communication Before Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, we request that you contact our support team to attempt to resolve the issue directly. Many issues can be resolved more quickly and efficiently through our support channels.

5.2 Chargeback Consequences

If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to:


Suspend or terminate your access to the Service

Dispute the chargeback with evidence of our Refund Policy and your agreement to it

Decline to provide services to you in the future

6. Modifications to Refund Policy
