Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and Highfox Pvt Ltd, operating as Juniors AI ("Juniors", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your use of the Juniors workspace and the products it offers - Concierge (AI customer support), Data Sensei (natural-language analytics), Recon (financial reconciliation), and Search Sensei (AI-agent SEO and GEO) - together with all associated dashboards, APIs, and integrations. By accessing or using Juniors you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the platform, or otherwise using any Juniors product, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms;
- You have the legal authority to bind yourself or the organisation on whose behalf you are acting;
- You are at least 18 years of age.
Use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments posted thereafter.
2. Description of Services
Juniors AI is an AI-first, multi-product workspace built on a bring-your-own-infrastructure (BYOI) model. The hosted orchestration layer (API, dashboard, queues, authentication, audit) is operated by us; the data layer (database, cache, object storage) and the AI layer (Anthropic Claude or OpenAI) are connected from your own accounts. The services include the following products:
2.1 Concierge - AI Customer Support
- AI resolution with RAG: Retrieval-augmented answers from your indexed knowledge base, with confidence-based escalation routing unresolved queries to human agents.
- Multi-channel inbox: WhatsApp (via Gupshup), email, and social channels via pluggable provider adapters.
- Real-time agent console: Live chat, internal notes, saved replies with slash commands, park-and-resume, and Slack alerts for blocked departments, with updates streamed in real time.
- Analytics and SLA management: My / Team / Organisation / AI Resolution dashboards, configurable first-response, resolution, and escalation targets with automated breach alerts.
2.2 Data Sensei - Natural-Language Analytics
- Bring-your-own data sources: Metabase, SQL databases, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics, connected with your own credentials encrypted at rest.
- Governed pipelines: Schema, joins, and metric definitions you author so the AI generates only queries you have sanctioned.
- Natural-language chat: Plain-English questions from the dashboard or Slack, answered with the SQL or query that was executed.
- Per-pipeline LLM config and audit trail: Anthropic or OpenAI per pipeline, with every chat, prompt, and generated query logged in your own database.
2.3 Recon - Financial Reconciliation
- Sources: CSV / XLSX uploads or live HTTP_API fetches with templated URLs, headers, query params, and POST bodies, plus column mappings for join key, amount, status, and timestamp.
- Comparisons: Pair two sources, set an absolute amount tolerance, choose case-sensitive or case-insensitive joining, and optionally provide a JSON status equivalence map for cross-vendor state alignment.
- Runs and buckets: Each run hash-joins both sides over a date window and buckets every row as Matched, Amount mismatch, Status mismatch, Missing in Source A, or Missing in Source B, with totals and full row snapshots persisted to your own database.
- HTTP security: Page-number or cursor pagination with safety caps, and bearer-token authentication encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
2.4 Search Sensei - AI SEO and GEO Agents
- Agent-led workflows: Six specialist AI agents covering Keywords, Content, Site Audit, Performance, Competitors, and AI Visibility, coordinated from a mission-control Overview with Growth Ideas briefings.
- Integrations: Free connections for Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Bing Webmaster Tools, plus optional paid providers (DataForSEO, Firecrawl, PageSpeed Insights) using your own API keys.
- Crawls and tracking: Multi-page site crawls, scheduled rank tracking, saved keyword lists, and per-domain brand profiles, persisted to a unified history in your own database.
2.5 Sentinel - Autonomous DevOps
- Unified monitoring: A single, VPN-locked control plane over your cloud services, deployments, alarms, and dashboards, with a continuous watch loop.
- AI root-cause analysis: Incident diagnosis with severity ratings and recommended actions, generated on the LLM provider you configure.
- Policy-gated automations: Self-healing actions (restart, redeploy, scale), scheduled and campaign scaling, and escalation via Slack, email, SMS, or voice call, all subject to policies you define and recorded in an audit log.
- Reports: Recurring cost and rightsizing, configuration drift, and security insight reports.
2.6 Cross-product capabilities
- Single sign-on across products via passwordless email OTP with short-lived JWT access tokens and HTTP-only refresh tokens.
- Per-product credential scoping: each product configures its own ClientService entries so Concierge data, Data Sensei data, Recon data, Search Sensei data, and Sentinel data remain isolated, even within the same organisation.
- Role-based access enforced server-side at middleware on every API endpoint.
- LLM-provider agnosticism: each product can be wired to Anthropic Claude or OpenAI with workspace-scoped primary and backup keys; tokens are paid directly to your LLM provider with no markup from Juniors.
Juniors AI is a platform layer only. We do not provide or operate the underlying databases, object storage, warehouses, message brokers, or LLM inference infrastructure used to deliver the services.
3. Bring-Your-Own-Infrastructure (BYOI) Model
Juniors operates on a strict BYOI model across every product. This means:
- Your Infrastructure: For each product you enable, you connect infrastructure you own or license - database, cache, object storage, warehouse credentials (for Data Sensei), HTTP_API endpoints (for Recon), cloud provider credentials (for Sentinel), and LLM API credentials. Juniors orchestrates these; it does not host them.
- Zero Data Residency on Our Side: Concierge conversations, Data Sensei pipeline activity and query results, Recon transactional rows, Search Sensei deliverables, and Sentinel operational telemetry reside entirely within the infrastructure you designate. Juniors stores no customer, transactional, or end-user data on its own servers.
- LLM Selection: You select, configure, and pay directly for the large language model (LLM) provider of your choice. Juniors applies no markup to LLM token costs. Your AI billing remains exclusively between you and your chosen provider.
- Configuration Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the correct and secure configuration of the infrastructure you connect to Juniors, including access credentials, network permissions, retention settings, and backup policies.
Because we do not hold your operational data, we cannot recover, export, or restore data lost due to misconfiguration or deletion on your infrastructure side.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access Juniors you must register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it up to date;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with unauthorised parties;
- Notify us immediately at rahul@juniors.ai upon discovery of any unauthorised access to your account;
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials across every product you have enabled.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where there is evidence of compromised credentials or policy violations.
5. Role-Based Access and Team Administration
Juniors enforces role-based access at middleware on every API call. The available roles and their scope vary per product:
- Concierge: TOOL_ADMIN, ADMIN, SUPERVISOR, and HUMAN_AGENT. Agents see only the tickets and conversations assigned to them; supervisors see their team; admins have organisation-wide visibility and configuration rights.
- Data Sensei: Workspace roles control who can create or edit pipelines, who can query them, and who can manage LLM keys. Pipeline scope determines which underlying data each user can reach through the AI.
- Recon: Roles govern who can create or edit sources and comparisons, who can trigger runs, and who can view full row snapshots inside a bucket.
Account administrators are responsible for:
- Provisioning and deprovisioning user roles promptly across every product, especially upon employee termination;
- Ensuring that role assignments reflect the minimum access necessary for each user's function;
- Auditing access logs periodically to detect anomalies.
Juniors AI is not liable for data exposure resulting from incorrect role assignments made by your administrators.
6. Customer Content and AI Inputs
Across products, you may upload, index, connect, or otherwise expose content to Juniors and to the LLM you have configured. This includes Concierge knowledge-base documents, Data Sensei pipeline schemas and the data sources they expose, and Recon source files (CSV / XLSX) or HTTP_API responses. With respect to all such content:
- You represent and warrant that you own or hold the necessary rights to all content you provide;
- You grant Juniors a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process that content solely to provide the relevant product to you (RAG retrieval for Concierge, query generation for Data Sensei, normalisation and matching for Recon);
- You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs (AI answers, generated SQL, suggested statuses, etc.) may be imperfect. You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of these outputs before relying on them or surfacing them to end-customers;
- Juniors does not retain copies of your underlying content beyond the processing session. Knowledge-base embeddings, pipeline query results, and reconciliation row snapshots remain within the infrastructure you designate.
7. LLM and AI Services
Juniors AI is LLM-agnostic across every product and enables you to configure your preferred provider. The following terms apply:
- Your Provider, Your Agreement: Your use of any LLM (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, or others) is governed exclusively by that provider's terms and usage policies. You are solely responsible for compliance with those policies.
- API Credentials: You are responsible for keeping LLM API keys secure and for all costs, usage, and liabilities arising from the use of those keys within your Juniors configuration. Workspace admins can test the stored keys directly from the LLM config page.
- No Warranty on AI Output: Juniors makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of any AI-generated response, generated query, suggested status equivalence, or other AI output. AI is provided as a productivity aid; it does not substitute for human judgment in sensitive or high-stakes use cases.
- Escalation and Review: You are responsible for configuring confidence thresholds, escalation routing, and human-review steps appropriately for your use case. Juniors AI is not liable for harm arising from AI responses that were not escalated, reviewed, or otherwise validated.
- Prohibited AI Use: You may not use Juniors' AI capabilities to generate deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful content directed at your end-customers, your team, or any third party.
8. Third-Party Integrations and Webhooks
Juniors supports integration with third-party services across products: WhatsApp / Gupshup, email and social channels, Slack, CRM systems, Metabase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, your warehouse, arbitrary HTTP / REST APIs, and custom webhooks. You acknowledge that:
- Juniors AI is not responsible for the availability, security, or data practices of any third-party service you connect;
- You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any third-party service you integrate;
- Webhook endpoints and HTTP_API targets you configure must be secured; Juniors AI is not liable for data exposure caused by insecure or misconfigured endpoints on your infrastructure;
- Juniors may temporarily suspend integration endpoints during scheduled maintenance or to address security vulnerabilities.
9. Operational Service Levels You Configure
Some Juniors products include tooling to define and track operational service levels - most notably Concierge SLAs (first-response, resolution, and escalation targets per priority), but also Recon-run schedules and Data Sensei pipeline freshness checks. You understand that:
- Any service-level targets you configure inside a product are internal operational targets for your team and do not constitute a service-level agreement between you and Juniors regarding platform uptime or performance;
- Juniors will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service (see Section 11);
- Breach alerts and escalation notifications depend on the availability of connected infrastructure (Slack, webhooks, your email provider, etc.) which is outside Juniors' control.
10. Pricing, Billing, and Payment
Juniors charges a platform fee for access to the workspace and the products you enable. The following terms govern billing:
- Platform Fee: Your subscription fee covers the Juniors orchestration layer and the products on your plan. All LLM inference costs, cloud storage costs, warehouse query costs, and third-party API costs (WhatsApp, Slack, etc.) are billed directly by your respective providers and are not included in our fees.
- No Token Markup: Juniors applies no markup to AI or LLM token consumption in any product. You pay your LLM provider directly at their published rates.
- Monthly Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Payment: You must maintain valid payment information on file. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access after reasonable notice.
- Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes (including GST where applicable under Indian law). You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your subscription.
- Refunds: Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we have materially failed to deliver the service.
11. Service Availability and Maintenance
We strive to maintain high availability of the Juniors platform. However:
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for downtime outside our reasonable control;
- We may schedule maintenance windows and will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible;
- Availability of each product is dependent in part on your own infrastructure (database, cache, object storage, warehouse, LLM provider, HTTP_API targets, cloud accounts). Issues arising from your connected systems are outside the scope of our uptime commitments;
- We will communicate significant outages via our status page and/or email to the account's primary contact.
12. Data Ownership and Privacy
Given the BYOI architecture:
- You own your data. All customer data, conversation records, agent activity, pipeline configurations, query history, reconciliation runs, row snapshots, and analytics generated through your use of Juniors belong to you and reside in your designated infrastructure.
- We do not sell your data. Juniors does not sell, lease, or broker access to your data or your end-customers' data to any third party.
- Platform metadata: We may collect anonymised, aggregated platform-usage metadata (e.g., feature adoption rates per product, session counts, run counts) for product improvement purposes. This data does not include your customer conversations, query content, or transactional rows.
- Privacy Policy: Our handling of any personal data we do process (e.g., account-holder information) is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
- Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Juniors complies with all applicable data-protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), the GDPR (where applicable), and any other jurisdiction-specific regulations.
- End-user consents: You are responsible for obtaining all required consents from your end-customers, team members, or other data subjects for the processing activities you carry out through any Juniors product, including the use of AI in customer or internal interactions.
13. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to use Juniors only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any individual;
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to damage or interfere with any system;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, to other customers' accounts, or to data outside the pipelines, sources, or queues you have been granted access to;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform;
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without express written consent from Juniors;
- Use the platform in a manner that violates the terms of your connected LLM provider, warehouse, or any other integrated service;
- Circumvent any rate limits, usage quotas, or technical safeguards implemented in the platform;
- Use the platform to process data in jurisdictions where you do not have legal authority to do so.
14. Intellectual Property
Juniors' IP: The platform, its products (Concierge, Data Sensei, Recon), software, design, algorithms, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Highfox Pvt Ltd and protected under applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
Your IP: You retain full ownership of all content, data, and materials you bring to the platform, including your knowledge base, pipeline definitions, source files, conversation histories, reconciliation runs, and brand assets.
Feedback: If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the platform, you grant Juniors a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such feedback for product improvement without any obligation to you.
15. Confidentiality
Both parties may have access to confidential information of the other in the course of the relationship. Each party agrees to:
- Hold the other party's confidential information in strict confidence;
- Not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law;
- Use confidential information only to the extent necessary to fulfil obligations under these Terms.
This obligation survives termination of your account for a period of three (3) years.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Juniors does not warrant that:
- The platform or any product will meet your specific requirements;
- AI-generated outputs (Concierge answers, Data Sensei queries, Recon equivalences, etc.) will be accurate, complete, or free from error;
- The platform will be available without interruption, error, or security breach;
- Any defects in the platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JUNIORS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
- Harm arising from AI-generated content served to your end-customers or used internally by your team;
- Financial decisions taken on the basis of Recon reconciliation outputs or Data Sensei analytics answers;
- Data loss or corruption arising from misconfigured infrastructure on your side;
- Third-party service failures (LLM providers, cloud infrastructure, Slack, WhatsApp / Gupshup, warehouses, etc.).
In no event shall our aggregate liability to you exceed the total platform fees paid by you to Juniors in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Juniors, Highfox Pvt Ltd, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the platform or any product in violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right;
- AI responses generated using your knowledge base, pipelines, or configurations that cause harm to end-customers, your team, or any third party;
- Reliance on Recon reconciliation outputs or Data Sensei analytics answers without appropriate review;
- Misconfiguration of your connected infrastructure;
- Breach of data-protection obligations owed to your end-customers, team members, or other data subjects.
19. Termination
By you: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting rahul@juniors.ai. Termination is effective at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for the remaining period.
By Juniors: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if:
- You materially breach these Terms and fail to cure the breach within 7 days of written notice;
- You use any product in a manner that poses a security risk or legal liability to Juniors or any third party;
- You fail to pay undisputed fees after 14 days' notice;
- We are required to do so by law or a competent authority.
Effect of termination: Upon termination, your access to the workspace and every enabled product will cease. As Juniors does not hold your operational data, no data export from our side is required or possible. You should ensure your infrastructure (databases, storage buckets, warehouses, etc.) retains all records you wish to preserve before terminating.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Maharashtra, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days from the date of written notice of the dispute.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page;
- We will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to the primary account contact or via an in-platform notification before changes take effect;
- Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform before the effective date.

- Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, internet outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
